These days, weddings can be a major expense for couples looking to get married, costing thousands of dollars for venues, personnel, and catering.

One influencer influencer on social media provided insight into how she hosted her wedding without breaking the bank.

In a video posted to TikTok, user Brittany Giaccani broke down she and her partner budgeted their money to create the perfect pastoral wedding.

Instead of going full black tie, the couple and their guests opted for a more “relaxed, un-tucked look.”

They even ordered their dresses on Amazon.

The couple rented a barn-style venue and rented it for only half of the day.

The venue and the photographer were the biggest expenses, according to Giaccani.

The intimate wedding kept everything close to the family – there were no bridesmaids or groomsmen, and the flower girl was the couple’s daughter.

The guest list was kept small, with less than 100 people.

They even saved on styling by doing their own hair and makeup.

Instead of hiring a minister, a family friend officiated the ceremony.

The couple also opted for Costco cookies instead of a large wedding cake.

In fact, all of the food was either purchased from Costco or prepared with the help of family and friends the day before.

They ordered specialty donuts from a local shop to match the wedding colors, and even had a taco bar.

Instead of an open bar, they bought soda and alcohol from Costco.

The drinks were served in a homemade rustic ice chest to match the wedding’s country aesthetic.

Gold themed straws, napkins, plates, and cups were ordered on Amazon.

All of the candlesticks and holders were rented for about 50 cents each, according to the video.

The wedding decor was purchased from Amazon and Hobby Lobby.

They even used family photos to decorate the wedding and give it a “cozy feel.”

The only live flowers they purchased were for the bouquet, and came from Costco.

All other greenery and florals were from Amazon, and cost less than $300 total.
