Speed, 19, has traveled to several countries, live streaming himself meeting with fans, watching matches, and meeting football stars like Cristiano Ronaldo

He has gained massive popularity online in recent years, primarily for live streaming himself playing games like Roblox, Fortnite, and FIFA.

On Wednesday, the social media star continued his travels in Norway and was live streaming from a souvenir shop in Oslo.

During the stream, dozens of fans can be seen in the streets below, chanting along with Speed.

At one point, the streamer performed Ronadlo’s signature siu celebration, spreading his arms and legs out wide.

However, in the process, Speed appeared to injure his ankle, falling to the ground.

Later in the stream, he was speaking with a doctor who advised him to travel to a nearby hospital and get an X-ray to fully examine the injury.

As Speed and his team set out to do just that, things took a turn for the worse.

The stream shows Speed being carried out of the building to an SUV waiting outside.

However, as they opened the door to exit the building, Speed and his team were immediately mobbed by dozens of fans.

The streamer can be heard shouting, urging fans to stop.

“Ah, ah, ah, get me back, get me back! Stop, stop! Ow! My hair, my hair,” he can be heard saying.

In the video, some fans can be seen standing on top of the SUV and one appears to jump off the vehicle, onto Speed and the people below.

Once inside the car, audio can be heard of Speed saying he will never return to the Scandinavian country.

“Bro, I am never coming to this f**king country again, I swear to god,” he said.

“I promise on god I am never coming to this f**king country. For real, bro.”

Later in the stream, Speed addressed the incident directly to the camera saying while he loves his fans in Norway, the situation became unsafe.

Who is IShowSpeed?

Darren Watkins Jr. is better known on the internet at IShowSpeed, or simply just Speed

Watkins was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on January 21, 2005.

He is well known for live streaming himself playing video games including Roblox, Fortnite and FIFA.

He first started his YouTube channel in 2016 but really began to grow this fanbase in 2021.

As of July 2024, Watkins had amassed over 25.7 million followers on YouTube.

“I love all of my Norway fans, but bro, you just don’t listen,” he said.

“I don’t think I have ever been to a country where they don’t listen at all.

“Like, they just completely didn’t listen. I get it, the energy, I get it. But it’s like y’all didn’t have no sense of like f**king safety risks, respect, bro.”

The YouTuber went on to claim that someone in the crowd pulled on his hair, while another did a “WWE move” and jumped on him.

“Nah, bro. Norway I am sorry, I don’t think I will ever be back here again,” Speed said.

He later echoed that promise in a post to X writing, “NEVER COMING TO F**KING NORWAY AGAIN.”

It is not the first time Speed has been mobbed by fans during his European travels.

While traveling in the Netherlands, the streamer was surrounded by fans in a frenzy that led to the police arriving to question him.

He has also been subjected to other various injuries while streaming.

In October, 2022, Speed was treated by paramedics after suffering a bad reaction from a home science experiment in his bedroom.
