SOCIALITE Candice Miller reportedly deleted her Instagram account for her popular lifestyle blog right before her husband’s death was announced.
Candice‘s husband, Brandon, died last week in Southampton at the age of 43.

Brandon’s cause of death has yet to be confirmed by the family but he was reportedly rushed to the hospital last week, according to The Real Deal.
Just days before her husband died, Candice deleted the accounts for the popular parenting and lifestyle blog, Mama and Tata, which she runs with her sister Jenna Crespi.
The sisters started the blog in 2016, but Candice became the majority business owner.
Although the website for the blog is still up and running, those searching for the blog’s Instagram will find that the account is nowhere to be found.
Mama and Tata chronicles Candice’s life as the mother of two young girls and her sister Jenna learning from her older sister’s motherhood experience as she becomes a new mother herself.
Candice also works as the head buyer for Tenent Shop in Southampton and founded her own vintage-inspired clothing line, Black Iris.
“She wears so many hats and has so many talents; on top of her buying experience, she is a certified learning specialist and worked at the Dwight School in an educational and charitable role for over 5 years,” Crespi, a.k.a. Tata, described Candice on the blog’s about page.
Candice and her husband have been married for over a decade.
The couple lived across the street from each other in the Hamptons but only started dating in their 20s.
Despite having waited years to date, right away they knew it was love.
“We both knew immediately that this was forever,” Candice said in a 2018 interview with Over the Moon.
“It rained the night of our wedding, but I believe that is actually great luck.”
Candice’s husband Brandon worked as a real estate developer for the company Real Estate Equity Corporation, or REEC.
Brandon inherited the company from his late father Michael Miller, who began the company in 1978.
The mogul joined the company in 2004 and ran it with his business partner, Mark Siegel.
REEC has been involved in major projects and has developed over 20 million square feet throughout the United States, according to the company’s website.
The most recent project the company wrapped up was the building of a life sciences building in East Harlem.
In 2019, a complaint regarding a condominium project was filed about Michael Miller, The Real Deal reported.
The complaint alleged that Michael, who passed in 2016, asked his assistant to forge his son’s signature on law documents. Court documents show that the lawsuit was settled.
More recently, the company faced a lawsuit with TD Bank.
In 2022, the bank sued Brandon, his mother, and his sister over a series of alleged fraudulent transfers which the bank claimed prevented it from collecting $2.1 million, The Real Deal reported.
The case originated from missed payments by Brandon on a $17.5 million commercial mortgage loan which his late father had personally guaranteed up to $3.5 million, according to the outlet.
Real Estate Equity Corporation did not immediately respond to the U.S. Sun’s comment request.
